Collaboration is at the core of Macauley’s practice as an artist and with this focus it has allowed for a relativistic theory, to let go of constituted building and creative blocks. Rather Macauley prefers to work within a flux of processes and structures with talented, committed and courageous individuals, collectives and companies.  

InDance Barcelona is driven through a passion for creativity and an excellence within dance and music events. InDance 2018 was the first of event.

From 2019 InDance will be a Bi - Annual event which will take place internationally to include UK and Europe. 

Zero 7.0 is devised and created in collaboration with LOON VISUALS Barcelona. A extraordinary Collaboration with the use of Audio and Visual digital material, Macauley intends to pursue further performance and research based work with multimedia, specifically working in site-specific locations internationally. 

Linear Velocity is a new contemporary digital skate work created to propel the possibilities within the integration of contemporary, skate dance and digital media.

Choreographed created and devised by Macauley, Linear Velocity is in its first stage of development as a theatre based performance work. 

From 2000 - 2012 Macauley trained and performed with the most established artists and contemporary dance companies to include: 

Her experience spans over a period of fifteen years having worked with two of the most highly established Ballet and Contemporary dance companies                      

Harriet Macauley is a professor of Choreography and obtained a Masters in Fine Arts from                                       Bachelor honours degree and a Post Graduate Degree in Performance from University of Kent.
