As we begin to fine tune our final edit of current work in development: e-HM-phasis, I have taken time to reflect on the process of creation. Within professional and creative development I have learnt to Flow....to accept, to be open and to trust my intuition.

With e-HM-phasis there is a sense of maturity, which I cannot deny! I would best describe it as a light glowing..pouring out Positivity, Passion...No personal ambition to gain (at all cost). This sense of purpose is like a diamond among the dust. I have learnt to trust creative flow and walk away from ambition driven situations. There have been few moments within my career where I have had the opportunity to reflect...and to really define what my core beliefs are and what I would regard as important to collaboration and partnership. Honesty is the most important artribute for a fruitful and successful partnership and career!
