WOW! after a long absence from the IAB from 2017 - 2018, I was invited to watch the work TRANSITIONS Trinity Laban. It was a fantastic evening of creativity and I am grateful to once again meet long lasting friends and colleagues of IAB.

After my visit to the IAB I thought about values, what do I value? I believe it is Authenticity. I regard it as the foundation of my professional and personal development as Artistic Director of InDance Barcelona, Choreographer, Editor, Personal Trainer, Researcher and Performer.

InDance Barcelona, a new adventure…a new Frontier, and the acceptance of a idea which was formed through patience, time, handwork, talent, pleasure but most importantly,TRUTH!.

I am reshaping the fundamental thought patterns of personal achievement. And it seems as though it is a process of recognising both strengths and weakness and it is a process of Pragmatism, practical streps to professional and personal success.

InDance Barcelona - Dance and Technology will ultimately be a international event to promote Professional work, New technology and New collaborations.

Thank you to the students of the Institute of the Arts Barcelona, who were not only the face of InDance Barcelona 2018, but remain personal and close friends to this day.
