The international women's day was a extraordinary experience, the vibe throughout the streets of Barcelona was a true representation of the need for a balance of gender and a acceptance of the period of time we are currently living in where women are leaders, directors, mangers etc.

Personally I believe Women are more than equal! and what is portrayed through social media i.e photography with women in bikinis, topless and so forth in erotic images is one aspect I believe is a sad epitome of what is not important. #BalanceforBetter

My only hope is that men and women are aware of the derogatory and weak images which are portrayed through social media marketing. Women today are at the forefront of new ventures, ideas and most importantly we are the instigators and often the root of the most successful MEN in various fields.

Today and every day I am proud to be a women of strength, talent, integrity and character.
